What do you mean by market reversal in stock market?

All the words used in stock market are from our dictionary. Hence, here also reversal has the same meaning as it has in normal life.

When there is a change in the direction of movement, it is called reversal.

For example:

In the given image, you can see that the stock was trading in uptrend till now, but in the last few candles, it has left the path of that uptrend and has started moving in downtrend.

In such a case, it will be called trend reversal.

On the other hand, if the stock leaves the downtrend and moves in uptrend, then also it will be called reversal.
